A. RNA extraction from clinical samples, quality & integrity assessment of the RNA
B. cDNA synthesis from RNA template
C. Library preparation
D. Library amplification, purification & quantification
E. Library enrichment and sequencing
F. NGS data analysis
G. Variant/Lineage analysis & Genetic relatedness

Who can Apply
Registered PhD Students/Post–Doctoral/MBBS/MD/BDS/MDS/AYUSH/Project fellows (MSc completed) Faculty/Scientist of Medical colleges, Colleges/University/Model Rural Health Research Units (MRHRUs), Multidisciplinary Research Units(MRUs)

should be completed by May 17, 2023
